MIXED MEDIA

Using the cyanotype images as my initial starting point, I photograph the images, originally on silk or paper, and place them on fine art paper or textured paper. I then apply watercolor, colored pencil, and/ or pastels, creating abstract images. Over time, my mixed media pieces have taken on a fantastical element, asking the viewer to engage in a world of one’s imagination.
